Lockbox Instructions
This page is for assistance with the various lockboxes that are located at many of our rentals. Please refer to this series of guides, and if all else fails text or call the office for additional assistance.
Kidde Lock Box
Can be mounted on the wall or hanging on a door.
Enter the provided code. (each button pressed must click when pushed down).
Press down the OPEN button. If it has been set correctly, the OPEN button will slide down fully. If it has been incorrectly set, the OPEN button will not slide down fully. When this happens DO NOT return the lid to the key box. Instead push down the CLEAR button and refer to the pictures
While Pushing the latch down pull the face of the lockbox toward you as pictured. To put the key back enter code, depress enter switch and place the front of lockbox back bottom first.
Master Lockbox Series
These have two types of lockboxes. Could be hanging on the door or placed around the home designated in the welcome email.
Could be wall mounted to the wall, post, or around the home in the location designated in the welcome instructions.
Enter the combination by rotating the four number dials. The correct numbers should be centered— Depress the black tab to the left of the number dials.
The entire face of the lockbox will open from the top, with a hinge at the bottom. To close the lockbox shut the face back with code entered and spin the wheels so that it isn’t easily accessible.
Newer Style Master Lock Box
The Newer style of Master Lock Lockbox is a push button and can be wall-mounted or on a door knob.
After entering your code you need to depress the switch at the top and pull the face of the lockbox toward you. If you enter the wrong number you can clear it by depressing the C switch at the bottom.
Once you get the lockbox open you can retrieve the keys.
To close the lock box back you will have to enter the code and depress the black switch while shutting it.
Schlage Keypad and Deadbolt Locks
Enter the code provided, and when the correct code is entered, the Schlage button will turn green, and you can open the door. The door will remain unlocked for 5 seconds.
Enter the code provided, and when the correct code is entered, the Schlage button will turn green, and you can open the door. The deadbolt will remain engaged for 5 seconds. (It will spin freely when not engaged)
Note: If the codes are entered incorrectly, the Schlage button will flash red. If the code is entered incorrectly four times, the keypad will lock, and codes cannot be entered for 30 seconds.
