This tastefully decorated three bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a friendly neighborhood, less than a mile from Comal Park which has lake access, a large swim beach, picnic sites, children's playground, and restrooms. In addition, there is a boat ramp, as well as Lakeside Golf Course, that are each less than a mile from the house. Magnolia House offers a convenient home base to explore these attractions and many more. Whether you want to sit out on the back patio to watch the deer or do some stargazing at night, this location gives you a variety of choices. Inside you will find an airy atmosphere with plenty of room for you and your guests. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area are just the ideal size for your peaceful getaway. The newly remodeled kitchen, with all new stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops, is perfect for putting together meals, or snacks with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy!
Tubing on the Guadalupe River is just 10 minutes away, or venture out a few minutes further to Historic Gruene, New Braunfels, Wimberley or Blanco for a little shopping, antiquing, or wine tasting. Less than 10 miles East, Whitewater amphitheater has become known as the Live Music Show Capital of South Texas, with 20 live performances featuring more than 50 shows. Shows range from rock 'n' roll to local music and include some of country music's most famous musicians.
