The Master bedroom is on the main floor with the living room, and kitchen. Downstairs has an additional living room/play area, with a sleeper sofa, as well as two additional guest bedrooms. Views are fantastic from both the main floor and downstairs. The home is situated at the end of a peninsula to ensure a bit of privacy and is very close to boat ramps, and a park with tennis and basketball courts.

Canyon Lake Marina is about 20 minutes away, where you can rent a boat or a variety of water toys. Gruene and Canyon Lake are famous for their abundance of country music shows, dinner eateries, theater venues, and shopping.
