PLEASE READ: Lately we've had an influx of bookings subsequent cancellations from persons under 25 years of age. Amz Getaways, you must be 25 years, or older. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the loss of rental proceeds and cancellation. A valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable photo identification is required prior to arrival. No Wedding Parties, Pre- Wedding parties, or large groups are permitted unless authorized by Amz Getaways prior to rental if permitted subject to an event fee ( Amz determines event fee). Escape to Blissful View Condo where you can enjoy captivating views of the lake on the private patio and relax with family and friends in this beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The Condo is centrally located, minutes from restaurants, a grocery store, Canyon Lake Marina, and a beach area, as well as Overlook Park, at the Canyon Lake Dam. Tubing on the Guadalupe River is just 10 minutes away, or venture out a little further to Wimberley or historic Gruene for some shopping, antiquing, or hill country wine tasting. The condo features a master bedroom with a king-size sleep-number bed and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are 2 guest bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The sofa in the living room is a queen-size sleeper sofa. The hallway bath has a walk-in jacuzzi tub. The fully stocked efficiency size kitchen is perfect to whip up some great meals, eating at the dining table, or out on the private balcony to enjoy the breezes. There is a TV on the balcony, as well as in the living room and master bedroom. Take advantage of the condo pool area, (open from April- October), grill some burgers and relax. NO PETS. The maximum number of guests is 8.
